Panic attacks. They’re awful.
I just had my first one at work.
That feeling of not being able to breathe, your heart literally pounding out of your chest. It definitely a feeling like you’re drowning. At least for me. That’s what I imagine it’s like to drown.
Now I’m over it I have so much energy running through me and I feel like now I’m almost on a downer.
Which means one thing.
I want to be sick.
